Who is responsible

Printanza is run by PE STOCK SOLUTION S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (registration no. J23/8579/2022, tax ID 47346567), Str. Milano nr. 45, Buftea, Ilfov, Romania. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Write to contact@sitefirma.ro for anything about your data.

What we collect and why

  • Account details from Polar. When you start a plan, Polar (our payment provider and merchant of record) sends us your email address, your name if you gave one, a customer ID and the state of your plan and credits. We use them to give you access, count your documents and answer support requests.
  • What you ask Printanza to make. The request your AI assistant sends us (document type, size, theme, titles, any text you include) is used only to build your file.
  • Your files. The PDFs, covers, videos and images we create are kept for 24 hours so you can download them, then deleted automatically.
  • Access tokens. When you connect Printanza to Claude, we store a token that lets the connection work. We keep only a hashed version of it.
  • Technical logs. Our web server records the time, address requested, response and IP address of each request, to keep the service secure and to fix errors. Access tokens are masked in these logs. They are deleted after 14 days. Our job log records which tool ran, when and how long it took, never the content of your document.

The legal bases are the contract with you (providing the service you signed up for) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Payments

Checkout, payment, invoices and sales tax are handled by Polar Software Inc. We never see or store your card details. Polar’s own privacy policy applies to the data you give at checkout: polar.sh/legal/privacy.

Your AI assistant

When you use Printanza inside Claude or another assistant, your conversation is handled by that assistant’s provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the tool request the assistant sends to us, not the rest of your chat.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in to connect Printanza to Claude, one strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in during that step.

Where the data is

Our server is in Romania, in the European Union. Polar may process checkout data in other countries under its own safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Files: 24 hours.
  • Web server logs: 14 days.
  • Account details and usage counts: while your account exists, and up to 30 days after you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to contact@sitefirma.ro. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or the authority in your own country.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Important changes will be announced by email to active customers.
