1. Who we are
Printanza is provided by PE STOCK SOLUTION S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (registration no. J23/8579/2022, tax ID 47346567), Str. Milano nr. 45, Buftea, Ilfov, Romania (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@sitefirma.ro.
2. What Printanza does
Printanza is a tool you connect to an AI assistant such as Claude. From your description it creates print-ready PDF documents (planners, journals, workbooks, printables), and on the Pro plan also KDP covers and flip-through videos. By using it you accept these terms.
3. Plans and documents
- Free: 3 documents, once.
- Starter: 30 documents per monthly billing period.
- Pro: 150 documents per monthly billing period, plus KDP covers and flip-through videos.
A document is one finished PDF, size bundle, cover or video. Unused documents do not carry over to the next period. To keep the service stable we may apply technical limits, for example how many jobs run at the same time.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc., which acts as the merchant of record and issues your invoice and receipt. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal linked in your Polar receipt; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We will tell active customers about a price change at least 30 days before it applies.
Printanza delivers digital content immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU, by creating a document you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that period once the service has started. Refund requests can be sent to contact@sitefirma.ro; approved refunds are paid back through Polar.
5. Your documents
The documents you create are yours. You may use, sell and distribute them, including on Amazon KDP, Etsy and your own shop. The fonts (SIL Open Font License) and colour art (MIT licence) built into the themes allow commercial use inside your documents. You may not resell Printanza’s themes or art as standalone templates or graphics packs.
You are responsible for what you put into your documents. Do not include text, images, names or trademarks you do not have the right to use.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Printanza for anything illegal, do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, and do not share your access with other people. We may suspend accounts that do this.
7. Marketplaces
Printanza follows the trim, bleed and margin rules that Amazon KDP publishes and checks every file, but Amazon, Etsy and other marketplaces make their own decisions about what they accept. We cannot guarantee that a marketplace will approve or sell a document.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Printanza available and correct, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. Download links expire after 24 hours, so keep your own copies.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or sales. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using Printanza at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. If we stop offering Printanza, we will give active customers at least 30 days’ notice and refund any period paid for but not used.
11. Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to solve any disagreement by email. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.
